These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Explore Orlando website, store, services and any related applications, features or tools (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Explore Orlando (“we,” “us,” or “Our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

  • By filling out any form on our website (including providing your name, email, phone number, or any other information), you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to these Terms.

  • Explore Orlando provides travel information, content, booking assistance, and related products.

    • Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

  2. Opt-Out

    • You may reply “STOP” at any time to any text message to unsubscribe from future promotional texts. You will receive a confirmation text.

    • For non-marketing messages (e.g., booking confirmations), you may contact us directly at Booking@OrlandoExplored.com to opt out of all future texts and calls.
