From February 7 to April 4, 2026, Universal Orlando Resort is bringing back its fan-favorite Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval celebration — and this year promises to be bigger than ever.

From spicy gumbo to global street food flavors, guests can snack their way around the park. The event will highlight cuisine from around the world, with food booths and dishes inspired by New Orleans classics.
🎭 Nightly Parades & Performers
Each evening features a high-energy parade packed with glittering floats, street performers, and—you guessed it—tons of beads. The nighttime spectacle is one of the most vibrant experiences at Universal all year.
🎶 Live Concerts
On select nights, the Music Plaza Stage will host live performances from major music acts. While the official lineup hasn’t been announced yet, past years have included stars like Sean Paul, LL Cool J, and Becky G.
